Our client is a leading publisher of online games.
They are currently seeking a seasoned and talented Director to push the revenue and retention through E marketing strategy to reach to one of their successful youth brands, which currently has 40 million monthly players.
With full ownership of the brand and platform, the Director will be responsible for defining the strategy and running the cross-functional team on a day to day basis.
They will have full P&L responsibility and will grow the business on both web and mobile.
Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role, with full responsibility for an online business to consumer platform, with experience of managing P&L.
They must have strong experience in the following areas: iterative product management, funnel optimization, analytics/metrics, managing a cross-functional team and growing online/casual/mobile platforms.
Experience with online advertising and producing engaging UX is also essential.
