Global leader in games are seeking a Head of customer support. This individual will lead the development of the business customer interaction strategy. This will include Policy, processes and content to ensure that the customer experience is delivered through its internal functions and 3rd part Service providers.
You should possess a proven track record in managing a large scale outsourced customer service function with 3rd party contracts ideally within technology, media and gaming sectors.
You must have a background form a multi lingual, multi channel contact centre and CRM Solution.
Experience in running tendering processes, contract and price negotiation.
Experience in strategy and policy development
Experience of setting strategy customer service direction.
