We have a great role for a highly experienced community manager. A simulation company based in Kent are looking for a really passionate community manager who will look after their growing simulator game communities. Experience within the games industry is desirable but they will look at good candidates from other industries. You must be highly organised, a good communicator, both verbally and written, and have good IT literacy.


· Develop the Community “Live Team” to work with the game groups

· Distil user feedback down into clear recommendations for the business

· Get to know the influential members of the communities

· Quickly address community concerns in an open and honest manner

· Develop new ways of gaining user engagement

· Coordinate the generation of content from multiple departments

· Lead the junior team members and get stuck in yourself with answering community questions, moderating forums and participating in the community

· Create regular reports detailing progress

· Develop plans to improve social media and product development strategies
