Job Description	This is the Australian studio of a major Californian company who develop, publish, and distribute interactive entertainment software. The studio was founded in 2003 and have grown to 50+ staff in that time. They are currently working on a high profile project for all three major consoles with pre-production just stating on another title. They are looking to expand to 70 people in the next year. They are looking for an experienced Lead Designer to oversee both creative and technical design teams in their world class studio, creating a brand new intense third person shooter-brawler. You will help Maintain a cohesive design vision, while coaching and inspiring a team of disparate disciplines. You will develop and discipline design staff; providing support, goal structure and career guidance. Previous experience working on high profile action titles is a must, as is the proven ability to design engaging gaming experiences.
