Job Description This is Australia’s largest video game developer and a leading independent development studio in the worldwide game development community. The company has proven expertise in developing games for the current gen platforms and is already engaged in working on next gen as well as all handheld platforms. To date, they have created ten successful titles on multiple platforms and languages comprising of 37 SKUs.
Our client is looking for an Environment Artist to work in their Brisbane studio.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of 3D Studio Max or Maya
Able to work accurately to concept material, as well as using imagination to overcome problems or constraints
A good understanding of the game production process
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Ability to take direction
Initiative
Willingness to learn new techniques and skills Skills include some of 3D, 2D, Animator, Design. Other words might include one or more of 3D Studio Max, Maya, Alias, Softimage, Lightwave, PhotoShop, Dpaint or Deluxe Paint, Character Studio, Low or High Polygon, Modelling, FMV. Please do not apply unless you have games experience.
