| Job Description | This company is responsible for one of the most widely played MMORPGs in the world, in addition to developing and marketing over 30 different online games. They are currently consolidating a period of rapid growth and are looking for top developers and support staff to complement their dedicated and successful team. Requirements: - Extremely proficient in using C, C++ or JAVA; - An absolute passion for programming; - Strong academic grades especially in Math related subjects; - High technical competence, programming seriously since an early age; - The ability to think creatively to solve coding problems; - Keen to learn and use your initiative to drive forward challenging projects to a successful outcome; - Excellent in 3D graphics software techniques; - A portfolio that demonstrates your excellent programming skills. Also useful: - Low level programming language experience - Assembler programming experience - Experience in the industry, including sandwich years, summer placements or freelance work Salary: £26k+ (negotiable depending on experience) Plus excellent benefits including, annual bonus, private health care, gym membership and other excellent benefits. Location: Cambridge. Candidates must be able to work in Cambridge or willing to re-locate. Skills may include some of RPG, Strategy, AI, C++, PS2, Xbox, Gamecube, PC, PSP |
