Our client is a well established name in mobile development, based overseas. Their new London development studio is seeking experienced and senior Games Designers to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

- Creating innovative and engaging gameplay mechanisms
- Analyse data to continuously improve UX
- Creative narrative for the game
- Contribute to GUI

Requirements

- At least 3 years game design experience, mobile and/or online social - must have released titles
- Passion for creating original, innovative and addictive user experiences
- Strong game balancing experience
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Enjoys a start up environment, ready to grow with the studio
- Experience with code web applications highly advantageous
- Gamification experience highly advantageous
