Global games brand, one of the best studios to work in London with a first class brand are looking for a CRM Manager whom will be responsible for managing their global customer engagement and retention programmes across a range of channels and titles.
This is a unique type of games studio that will be making multi-platform games, including smartphones and tablets. The ideal candidate will be someone who understands customer journeys and the importance of delivering targeted multi-channel communications and can run effective and successful campaigns that engage and delight customers at all stages of the lifecycle. As part of the marketing team you will enjoy a creative, challenging and collaborative environment where your ideas will be highly valuable.
Therefor they are looking for a CRM manager with Mobile, Social and Free to Play Experience.
Responsibilities will include the drive and strategy on;
· Retention rates (1d, 3d, 7d, 14d, 30d and beyond)
· Conversion rates
· Play frequency/stickiness
· Cross-sell rates
You will manage communication and existing customer base across a range of channels, in-game and push notifications and aim to deepen customer relationships. Whilst working closely with Product Managers to execute monthly campaigns that target customers accusingly to lifecycle stages, to drive engagement, monetisation, and build initiatives for the player experience and retention for in-game KPI’s.
