We are looking for an ambitious sales manager ideally with experience in the lighting or video design industry.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales person with management experience to head up a team of 4 Sales people who cover the UK, Europe and Asia.
Your role will cover the following:
• Assist/mentor sales people in sales activities for their personal and skill development.
• Assist VP Business Development to define sales targets and set key KPI for the team. Provide monthly reports on progress to key stakeholders.
• Monitor competitive activity provide regular reporting to production, product/communications team
