Head of Product Marketing is a pivotal role in the UK Business, Working alongside Head of Trade Marketing and Head of PR. HOPM is responsible for achieving overall business goals set for the Product.
You must have proven credentials in a Commercial/Sales driven environment, with strong leadership skills.
You will be required to:
Managing People – Leading a diverse team of individuals; software, hardware, digital, social and partnership product managers
Commercial Acumen – Driving to hit overall sales and profit targets, have the ability to analyse sales information, budgets, market trends and deliver against key KPI. This will include product forecasting, category sales analysis, investment planning and sales trends/analysis.
Brand Strategy – To build brand affinity and purchase intent. Someone who understands ‘gamers’ and the relevant target audiences. As well as the changing media landscape; particularly the growth of digital channels and social media.
Communication and Collaboration – As well as managing the core Product Marketing team, there are multiple internal and external stakeholders to engage with in a positive & productive way ,i.e agencies, retailers and sister companies. Strategic communication and execution of communication across all platforms.
Control of product marketing/media budget.
