My client is a well-established specialist in provision of visual outsourcing to the Games, Broadcast and Film industry. The have worked on some top AAA titles in terms of specialist animation and they have been established in this market for over a decade. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Business Development/Sales Executive to join this highly successful company based in Germany. Already working on titles for the new generation of consoles; This company started out in motion capture and have since diversified into a full-service animation company, providing services to European and international markets across motion capture, in-game animations and In-engine Cut-scenes Production.
They are looking for a seasoned sales person with at least 1.5 years' experience in a sales department. This could be either at a distributor/wholesaler/ publisher or video game or outsource organisation.
The successful candidate will focus on new business development in terms of full studio work for hire or part studio project work for hire in creative animation scenes for video games.
You will be a Sales focused individual who will drive new business development forward; you will have a proven track record in a similar position and be well connected in the industry being an established networker.
Requirement in the role:
· Confident in the split between new business approach leading and developing new client opportunities and looking after the existing pool of developing clients that the studio has partnered with .
·Cold calling potential new clients to sell the service
· Negotiation of contracts in terms of the project hire.
·Fantastic customer service skills and client facing skills
·In depth knowledge of the video games market is preferred
