Job Description This is the Sheffield studio of one of the largest independent games developers in Europe. With studios in London and Surrey, they develop games for PS2, Xbox, and PC. The company is also developing ideas and technology for mobile and fixed internet games.

They are looking for an AI Programmer to work on a groundbreaking PS3 and Xbox360 first-person shooter. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting soldier behaviour to enhance the gaming experience of the player. He/she will have good C++ programming skill and have in-depth understanding of the tools of the AI programmer: search, analysis and decision making. Candidates will also have proven expertise in C++, demonstrable prior AI experience, either as graduate projects or published games and ideally (although not essentially) experience with next-gen consoles (X360, PS3), Unreal Engine, AI middleware.
