Job Description Producer - Midlands - Up to £55000 - Dependent on Experience

My client is a leading producer, publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment products worldwide who are currently seeking talented Producers to continue delivering highly qualitative and innovative game plays. The successful Producer will be responsible for the ongoing development of our live games and services. The role requires a thorough knowledge of Project Management, Team Leadership and production processes as well as a very good understanding of online operation.

  Job Responsibilities:  

 - Gathering feature requests from all stakeholders and prioritizing them, using tools like JIRA.
 - Creation of a detailed roadmap for the game and the service.
 - Coordination of the Live QA department.
 - With the technical operation team, ensuring the constant availability of the game and the service.
 - With the tool development team, constantly improve the tools and services.
 - Ensure the creation of documents.
 - Organization of meetings.  

   Desirable Skills:

- Experience in operating online games, preferably in the free-to-play business model.
- Excellent knowledge of project management methods.
- Good understanding of KPIs / metrics for online and free-to-play games. - The ability to work with and as part of multiple teams, both internal and external.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as good instructional skills.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Enthusiasm for on-going learning and development.
- Excellent self-organization and self-motivation abilities.
- Passion for computer games in general, knowledge of free-to-play (browser) games
