Job Description ONLINE PRODUCER – LEAMINGTON SPA - UP TO £50,000

My Client is a innovative AAA Games company based in Leamington Spa currently seeking an experienced Online Producer to take responsibility for leading the development of a major new Online game. The Online Producer will work closely with other stakeholders to ensure the best game is produced on-time and within budget.
Role Responsibilities

• Lead development of of server-side infrastructure and game clients across all major platforms
• Research and develop strategies to leverage online enabled business models including Free to Play and Freemium
• Lead game development team in overall vision, priorities, and long term product schedule
• Manage information pipeline between engineers, live operations, infrastructure and console and mobile development teams
• Create features to bridge Online, Console and Mobile games to create a connected product
• Help develop the vision for web-based and mobile games, which must be viral, engaging and highly monetizeable
• Constantly optimize games post-launch for additional virility, engagement and monetization

Requirements:

• Experience of leading the development of an online infrastructure-heavy game
• At least 2 relevant published titles as a Producer or Project Manager
• High-level understanding of online game development, from concept to alpha to beta and post launch
• Exemplory written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to focus on priorities, manage change and deliver against agreed deadlines
• Proven ability to work under rapid development cycles
• Track record of project planning being successfully executed leading to the timely delivery of quality projects.
• Experience of managing cross team projects developing content both on console and web
