Job Description Game Experience Designer - Up to €40000 + Excellent Benefits Package - Germany.

My client, is one of Europe's most successful Online Browser based Games companies in Europe currently seeking a Games Experience Designer. The company are currently moving in a very exciting direction and they would like the Game Experience Designer to develop concepts for game functions, game tutorials and community features to expand the player base as well as functions and services to enhance the gaming experience. You will be the main contact person for all questions regarding contents and systems of the game and you should know the game inside out.

The key responsibilities of the Game Experience Designer will be as follows:

- Developing contextual concepts for websites and web applications as well as contextual concepts regarding measurements for representing the game in the media
- Analyzing already existing and new game contents and functions with respect to possibly necessary modifications and adjustments
- Planning the game world, story and game contents of updates and new developments
- Developing and implementing in-game events
- Game analyses and documentations regarding game design, game procedures, mechanisms, balancing, usability, player needs, monetisation systems and business models

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in the field of Game (Experience) Design and completed university studies or vocational training in any field relevant for the offered position, or corresponding professional experience
- You are self-organized and self-motivated and have a strong drive for innovation and for pushing the standard of the MMORPG game experience beyond the limits of known standards
- You have outstanding knowledge and are familiar with the common Office and Creative tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc.)
