Climax truly is an exciting, creative and fun place to work and we currently have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and talented Junior/ Trainee Animator. Our ideal candidate will have: • A solid working knowledge of Maya. • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the key principles of animation, (timing, and weight) and will have a good knowledge of human anatomy to show solid biped character animation skills. • At least one or more years experience in animation in Video Games with at least one published console title behind them. • And be self motivated with strong attention to detail and a respect for deadlines & budgets. • To be able to take direction and work effectively within the animation team to report to directly to the Lead Animator • Experience of working in the TV or the film industry is also of interest. Life drawing and traditional animation skills a plus.
