|Job Description|| 529SBM -Senior Brand Manager (Japanese speaking)-London - Sal £40-50K This role is to manage aspects of product development, marketing & PR strategy, advertising and product launch for boxed titles as allocated - driving the awareness, revenue and profitability for those allocated brands/titles. Responsible for project managing the delivery of key materials through the publishing cycle, the role is expected to work closely with a number of stakeholders, ensuring they are able to successfully deliver the title to market. Key Deliverables
Person Specification Knowledge & Experience Proven brand management experience, with an understanding of the needs and wishes of multiple stakeholders through the supply chain at an international/global level.
Ability to work with Japanese development and marketing/PR team.
Ability to brief, manage & modify the media campaign to excite and engage consumers.
Previous experience within the computer games or related entertainment industry. . Competencies, Skills & Attributes Able to work under pressure and find solutions to multiple and varying needs.
Experience of working directly with and developing relationships with videogame development studios.
Good time management, co-ordination, organisational, budgetary, interpersonal and communication skills.
Creative thinker with common sense.
Excellent attention to detail, particularly with generation of briefs, plans and schedules.
Ability to energise and motivate colleagues and stakeholders, in order to ensure project delivery.
Determined, resilient and tenacious.
Self-motivated – take ownership of allocated projects to drive them forward.
Fluent in Japanese. Desirable Degree level of education or equivalent, and/or CIM qualification.
Some understanding of the Japanese games market and any differences in market preferences and publishing strategies and tactics, to Western markets.
Understanding of F2P monetisation models & working against KPI’s Ability to speak another language. Other Follows industry trends and developments.
