Job Description 666ASP - Associate Producer – South England – Sal £20-30K Doe   This is  a BAFTA-nominated, multi-award winning team of developers, with experience spanning mobile, web and console game production.  The  titles have accounted for more than 500 million online play sessions and 80 million boxed products sold around the world. They work with some of the most exciting global brands to create hours of fun for players of all ages.     Job description:   Reporting to the Head of production the successful candidate will help with the finer  aspects of scheduling and team management throughout the development life cycle. They will manage the production process for two or three projects at a time and work in conjunction with game design, art, technical and marketing leads.   This role will suit an experienced QA Lead who is looking for a new challenge and a step up into a production management role.   Main duties and responsibilities   The successful candidate will be responsible for the projects successful delivery and will need to display an ability and willingness to work with the teams to ensure consistency between vision and implementation.   This position will include project management, team management, game localisation, design work, build assessment and maintaining bug database.   Skills required   • Games industry experience, having previously worked in a team lead position • Ability to provide support to the development team. • Excellent interpersonal skills are required • Ability to learn quickly and turn your hand to a variety of tasks. • Ability to rapidly adjust to changes and think on your feet. • Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills. • A working knowledge of Agile. • An appreciation of online / mobile gaming is an advantage.   Other benefits:  • Company pension • 20 days holiday per annum increasing to 25 days based on duration of employment • Flexible working hours
