Job Description	Black Rock Studio, part of Disney Interactive Studios, the interactive affiliate of the Walt Disney Company, have an opportunity for an interim HR Manager to join their team based in central Brighton, to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a generalist role which is responsible for the management and delivery of an efficient, proactive and professional H.R. and recruitment service to the studio. You will be a key member of the studio management team, providing operational day-to-day HR support as well as delivering annual programmes such as performance appraisals, salary and bonus reviews, culture surveys, talent planning and of other key H.R. projects. The key duties of this position include but are not limited to Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, Employee Relations and HR Administration. To be successful in this role you must have the ability to work in and adapt to a dynamic, innovative and fast paced working environment where change and flexibility is crucial. Having the initiative and credibility to drive forward all H.R processes and demonstrate an organised and proactive approach is essential. You must be a team player with excellent organisational, problem-solving communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain working relationships at all levels. You will need to be able to work under pressure and to short deadlines at times. You will be CIPD qualified with a minimum of five years generalist experience, some of which will have been in a Senior Advisor or H.R. Manager capacity. A strong knowledge of UK employment law is also essential. The role will be fixed-term for a period of up to ten months.
