Game Specialists provide superior chat, phone and email support to EA’s customer base. They are T2 Game Advisors who handle escalations from T1 advisors who provide global support to our customers. Game Specialists are considered to be Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) across a multitude of products.The Game Specialist role is responsible primarily for resolving and troubleshooting customer escalations, but their duties may vary depending on business and departmental requirements.
