This role is an entry level position that would suit a recent graduate who has some form of experience in sales or a junior recruiter who has 12 months recruitment experience from a different sector. Whether your sales experience comes from retail, cold calling or business to business does not matter but the role requires a level of influencing and assertiveness so any exposure to this would help you hit the ground running.
Working in the console and social recruitment teams here at Amiqus is fun and ever changing on a day to day basis. Working closely with an experienced head of recruitment you will be trained on the job daily.

You will be an influential member of the sales team. Setting the pace by making proactive approaches to potential clients within you target market you will excel at finding fantastic candidates and providing quality recruitment services using a number of social and direct methods of sourcing
We would like to see graduate calibre people with experience within the recruitment industry. Competencies will be an excellent new business sale appetite, canvass calling, sales, negotiation, client-facing experience and excellent standards of written and verbal communication.
