Are you looking for your first job in the games industry or looking to develop your current programming skills?

A Scotland based Games Developer are currently looking to expand their studio due to the increase of users in their Free to Play MMO game, which has gained over 1 million downloads and 4/5 star ratings in all territories. The Graduate / Junior Programmer will be assisting with different disciplines and contributing to the gameplay and codebase.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Programming in addition to exceptional maths skills. If it relates to interaction, player feedback or progression, then you will either have ownership of, or be contributing to these areas across multiple titles for the organisation.

You will be joining a highly skilled team of individuals all who build the foundations of this great studio. You will be programming key elements of the user interface and interaction systems, writing associated libraries for core mechanics, and be a custodian for balancing, tweaking and fine tuning.

Requirements

•    1st Class honours or 2.1 Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, any Games Programming subject or similar  
•    Graduate or at least 6 months experience in the games industry (this could be a sandwich year internship during University)
•    Strong C++ Skills
•    Passion for developing high quality apps and games
