Job Description <p class=\"MsoNormal\">This is a once in a life time opportunity to join one of the most ambitious start-ups in the games industry. Founded by established industry experts, this company are now looking to secure the services of an exceptional Analytics and Monetisation Professional to maximise in-game micro-transactions, player retention and customer conversion.

<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 9pt 0cm 18pt;\">This is pivotal role within the studio with responsibility for the strategic development of the analytics and monetisation functions. This will include driving company revenue by improving in-game core KPI’s, understanding player behaviour and selecting the right analytics and reporting tools. An impressive analytical background with the ability to deliver whilst working on large, multi-player games will be critical. You will be the studio’s go-to person for player behavior and monetisation analysis, discussions and solutions.

<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin: 9pt 0cm 18pt 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">· The ability to present complex data in a concise manner to all levels of colleagues, partners and 3rd parties

<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin: 9pt 0cm 18pt 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">· Massive experience in free to play gaming

<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin: 9pt 0cm 18pt 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">· Extensive knowledge of in-game monetization

<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin: 9pt 0cm 18pt 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">· Experience with micro-transactions in browser based games.

<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin: 9pt 0cm 18pt 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">· Excellent data reporting and presentation abilities

<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin: 9pt 0cm 18pt 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">· Worked with games designers, community teams, artists and producers.

<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin: 9pt 0cm 18pt 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">· You’ve previously been in senior analytical roles in a games company.

<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin: 9pt 0cm 18pt 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">· You’ve worked in agile development environments.

<p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpLast\" style=\"margin: 9pt 0cm 18pt 36pt; text-indent: -18pt;\">· A background in experimental psychology, cognitive science, human computer interaction, computer science, information science or related field.
