Job Description A new European publisher that sets benchmarks in gaming is looking for an experienced Art Director to drive and mange the creation of stunning and innovative visual graphics, for Xbox 360 and PC platforms across multiple projects and studios.

You will have overall responsibility for partnering with internal studios and external partner studios and drive the delivery of the Publishing Art Strategy with in Europe. Working arm in arm with design, development, licensing, marketing and program management to ensure the shipping of world class titles is to schedule.

To apply:
You must have a BA in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or equivalent, together with proven experience as an Art director in the games industry or a suitable comparable industry.
You will have deep experience of 2D/3D art production, processes, techniques and working knowledge of art and animation tools including Photoshop and at least one other 3D package is essential. As well as finely developed communication and negotiation skills and an excellent attention to detail and experience of building and maintaining an art production schedule.

Salary details:
Salary of £80k + benefits and company car.
