Technical Game Project Manager (Global Developer)

Job Description World leading games development studios require an equally ambitious project manager with a high level of technical competence.

You will be guiding the revolutionary technical progress and operational implementation throughout the game lifecycle. Managing all aspects including the production of games by internal/external developers, leading complex, cross-functional IT projects including the integration of games to the publishing model, launch of new operational services and acting as technical lead for the assigned server side game application.

You will interact at all levels in the Company, converting ideas into successful games, collaborating with IT Operations, Game Masters, Technical Support, QA and Publishers.

- Ability to guide the overall technical management of
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal/external developers
- Ability to assign resources and develop a plan that delivers against all requirements
- Management/project planning experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and develop bespoke solutions to problems demonstrating lateral thinking
- Strong leadership skills and an empowering/motivating approach
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, managing the demands of numerous people and tasks
- A keen eye for detail
- Flexible approach
- Passionate about gaming

Desirable:
- Degree Educated
