Job Description Our client, a leading game publisher based in Brighton is looking for a Java Programmer with vision to join their new studio and help them shape the future of this new European venture.

Brighton is an enchanting, exciting and extraordinary seaside city. With its cosmopolitan air, feverish nightlife and abundance of culture. Defies comparison with anywhere else this side of the English Channel and offers the successful candidate a fun new life style.

Within this role you will create and maintain internal documentation in line with the design processes. Provide efficient and reliable coding of game engines in Java, and effective game playability design.

To apply:
- 3 or more years Java experience, including working with large-scale Java systems
- Skills in analysing and solving performance bottlenecks and a great knowledge of transactional systems are a necessity
- A degree within a computer science discipline or a related subject

Desirable:
- An expert knowledge of hibernate and spring framework

Salary details
Salary is £40k - £50k pa depending on experience and expertise.
