| Job Description | An experienced developer of award winning AAA titles is looking for an accomplished Lead Designer to join there team and work on typically first person shooter or real time strategy style games. You will work closely with other team leads and management in realising project goals. Initially you will work on the console version of a AAA title. You will foster good design practise and mentor less senior designers. To apply: You must have previous Lead design experience, ideally worked on at least 2 shipped titles. You will have excellent documentation skills and a good understanding of all aspects of game play. Salary details £40-£45k + benefits, depending on experience and expertise.
