HOT JOB !! GAMEPLAY PROGRAMMER - LIVERPOOL

Job Description One of the most successful, fast growing studios in the UK is looking for A Gameplay Programmer to work with them on two upcoming next gen titles.

They are currently looking for an additional programmer to work on one of our Game teams. This will involve writing and maintaining cross-platform code on a single project. You will work alongside our Game Designers to support and realise the Game’s vision.

Skills Needed:

Enthusiasm for games!

Strong C++ knowledge and experience

Scripting experience using Lua or other similar languages

Self motivated, ability to work well with others

Good communication

Attention to detail

Demo:

What we are looking for is a game that demonstrates true gameplay. We are not interested in flashy graphics or physic engines unless they are integral to the game’s ‘fun’.

Things we like to see:

Enthusiasm; a real love for the work.

Talent - this is far more important than qualifications for us!

Commitment to both the product and the team.

The ability to see a project through to the end.

Ability to work under time pressure
