Job Description	Independant games studio in Oxfordshire are looking for a Producer to join the expanding Production department. You will be working on one of two sports titles helping with the finer aspects of scheduling and team management throughout the development life cycle of the product. The role will include project management, team management, game localisation, game design and balancing, build assessment, bug database maintenance and the management of press assets. You must have the following qualities: • Games industry experience, having worked on at least one published product. • Able to provide support to the development team. • An appreciation of online gaming is an advantage. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability to learn quickly and turn your hand to a variety of tasks. • Ability to rapidly adjust to changes and think on your feet. • An understanding of PC operation, including file management and backup of data. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise competently with all staff. • Excellent presentation skills. • Excellent time management skills. • Excellent organisational skills. • A working knowledge of MS Project. • A keen interest in game design is advantageous.

Salary	£25 - £32K +
