| Job Description | My client is one of the largest independent developers with a number of studios around the UK and Overseas. They are currently seeking a Network Programmer who will be responsible for developing networking systems on an exciting next-gen project. Main Duties Taking ownership of the networking systems for the game in regards to implementation and functionality. Liaising with game programmers, to make sure their networking needs are met in an efficient manner. essential Skills An experienced networking programmer. Solid appreciate of networking issues. In depth knowledge of optimisation and performance. Technical design/architecture skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to self-manage own schedule Desired Skills Ability to demonstrate significant contribution to past titles. Ability to mentor junior technical programmers. Ability to lead a small sub-team. Ambitious and quality driven. |
