Job Description	My Brighton-based client is a leading publisher-owned developer and is currently looking for two experienced Producers to to join their team. Best known for developing award-winning and multi-million selling titles on Xbox 360 and PC, this studio is currently developing a highly anticipated title for Xbox 360 & PS3, as well as an additional original IP racing game and is looking for talented and passionate racing game enthusiasts to join the teams on these innovative projects. They are looking for candidates either in similar positions within the games industry, or from a software development background looking to get into a creative industry. The role / requirements: · A minimum of three years project management / coordination experience,; with experience of managing or coordinating large-scale projects an advantage. · Excellent technical skills, including a competent working knowledge of tools essential for planning and tracking; plus the ability to understand technology issues. · Flexibility and adaptability; assertiveness and persuasiveness. · Proven organizational skills; effective in written, verbal and written communication; and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. · Able to work independently on routine tasks with little supervision. · Practical experience and/or an understanding of ‘Scrum / Agile’ project management methodologies an advantage. · A knowledge of the Entertainment Software industry an advantage More details available on request
