Job Description	This is a fantastic oppotunoity for someone with an interest in Video games to join the online Gaming division of one of the UK's best know Publisher/developers. The Online Gaming division operates a globally recognised and respected licensed title, and continues to explore new and bold IPs for the online, massively multiplayer market. They are currently looking for a Senior Web Programmer to ensure the smooth running of companies websites and systems developed by the online team and provide support for their Websites. Duties to include · Liaise effectively with 3rd party companies/clients on joint projects, product demonstrations and required input. · Oversee the successful delivery of E-mail marketing campaigns and take an active role in taking on board initiatives that ensure the process remains effective. · Develop and maintain web-based systems. · Liaise with the team of web designers to efficiently construct websites and CMS specifications for other projects. · Supervise and manage a team of web programmers and allocate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring that projects are delivered in a timely manner and to agreed specification. The ideal person will have: At least 2 years relevant Online Development experience. Report Writing experience Experience or knowledge of the following skills: PHP (Scripting) HTML, DHTML, XHTML Java (J2SE) CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) Search Engine Optimisation XML, XSLT Basic Photoshop and Dreamweaver knowledge Knowledge of web standards and browser compliancy Educated to degree level in computing related field or equivalent.
