| Job Description | This is a fantastic opportunity to head up the Graphics team of this AAA racing title. Based in the Midlands this developer has enjoyed unparalleled success since they were formed more than 16 years ago. They have had over 60 number 1 hits and continue to combine commercial success with innovation and originality. This particular role involves working within their Graphics Group to develop high performance, high quality visuals for their titles. You should have an eye for detail, strong maths and experience of shader programming. You should also have experience of developing for graphically outstanding titles for Next generation consoles. The role will also include the managing of a small team of graphics programmers so the ideal candidate will either have experience of managing a team or be looking for the next step in their career. You Must be a degree-educated programmer with strong C++, and experience of multiple full-lifecycle cross-platform game developments.
