As a Chief Games Designer you will have the following experience: · At least one released current generation title (360, ps3) as a senior/lead games designer · Line manager experience · Scheduling and time management experience · A demonstrable track record of problem-solving and creative thinking · The ability to inspire others and lead by example You will also have the following qualities: · Confident, articulate and outgoing · Able to think logically and laterally · A skilled writer of everything from technical designs to high-level pitch documents · Up for the challenge of taking great games and making them better.
