Excellent job opportunity in central Amsterdam with a rapidly expanding game development studio.

Our client is a AAA Games development studio, responsible for producing beautiful FPS games, recognised for quality.

As the new Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing the server backend for their current title and future products.

You will work with the game designers to define and realize server components such as matchmaking, leaderboards, clans and tournaments. The server set you will work on runs in a cloud environment and will have a persistent connection with the PS3 game client.

Requirements:

• You’re articulate, have strong written and verbal communication skills and a good command of the English language.

• You have a helpful, solution-oriented attitude.

• You have experience in building Java-based web applications.

• You have an interest in online gaming.
