Job Description My client is a famous game publishing company and number one social game developer in Japan! They’re currently going through an exciting period of growth and have a great new opportunity! They’re looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Assistant to join them at their new offices.

You’ll be working within a small department (within the larger European HQ office) handling sales, marketing and PR activities of video games and trading card games in UK, Australia & New Zealand, Scandinavia and South Africa.

Duties will include assisting the PR & Marketing Executive and Trading Card Game Products Coordinator by logging sales and marketing expenditure, assisting with budgets and processing purchase orders.

The Sales & Marketing Assistant will be the point of contact when members of the UK Sales team are out of the office. You will also be responsible for checking and processing sales orders.

The ideal candidate:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, use of SAP is an advantage but can be trainable
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing
• A team player with a 'can do' attitude
• Ideally a personal interest in video games and trading card games however this is not essential
