Job Description The Technical Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation and ongoing management of the data identification, capture, management and retrieval for our clients online service based games and platforms as well as for the quality, structure and management of data and information within the business . This individual provides overall management and direction to the BI personnel, and is a key member of the online operations team.

NOTE: This position is both management and technical based and requires someone who can build and run teams but also define software, processes and information flows.

Responsibilities:

• Continue to define and build the Technical Business Intelligence function.
• Collaborating with individual products.
• Overseeing the ongoing development and operations.
• Improving and streamlining.
• Overseeing the ongoing development and operations.
• Staying current with industry trends
• Advising and educating management on their relative importance and impact

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in BI roles
• At least 2 years of experience staff management
• Previous experience building a BI function within a business
• Proven experience of DW delivery
• Work on-site in office location among game designers, artists, engineers, quality assurance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• An ability to reinforce a strong customer service.
• An ability to manage and work with a culturally diverse population
• The ability to balance between data needs and requirements for action
• Strong management and leadership skills with a proactive participative management style
• An ability to work well and productively.
• B.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Willing to relocate to office location
