Job Description Help shape the future of one of the world’s leading independent videogame developers by embracing an exciting new opportunity. Our Client is looking for a Director of Lifecycle Management to lead and manage the new online FPS game and future online titles from our client in the publishing department.

The Director of Lifecycle Management is a key member of our clients publishing unit and reports directly to the Head of Online Publishing. Leading a team of monetization, analysis and CRM-specialists responsibilities include working in close cooperation with the development team on core game design and monetization strategies; working with the platform and operations-team on key features increasing the value of the customer lifecycle; with marketing on customer loyalty programs and promotional strategies; with finance on key analytics and revenue reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of Monetization Managers, Game Metric Analyst and CRM Managers
• Setup a customer loyalty program for games.
• Manage all retention efforts
• Oversee game metrics and analysis.
• Drive user activity and help optimizing customer experience
• Come up with new initiatives for monetizing the game.
• Drive monetization and scaling of the user network
• Provide reports to Exec that track KPI to identify and predict trends
• Control & analyze payment methods

Requirements:

• Passion for growing a business and become a market leader.
• Excellent analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with hard deadlines.
• Experience in leading specialists and bringing them to excellence as a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Deep understanding of Customer Lifecycle Management.
• Familiarity with online games, particularly micro-transaction based games
• Strong skills in statistics, math, and the ability to understand how variables relate to one another
• Experience with monetization/revenue management or marketing analytics.
• Deep understanding of micro transaction and free-to-play revenue streams
• Ability to understand in-game economies and how they interact with monetization
• 3+ years of experience in the field is a plus
• Fluent English
• Willing to relocate to office location
