Job Description In the DHX Media Interactive Department we take our crazy awesome licenses (like Yo Gabba Gabba and Kid vs. Kat) and create crazy awesome mobile and web based entertainment as well as slick and effective internal applications.

DHX Interactive is looking to add a programmer to our growing team. If you like to write code, play games, and write code for games then this is for you.

The Role

The Programmer we are looking for is someone who is knowledgeable, motivated, and can work in a team environment. Our ideal candidate will also be the type who likes collaborate on game design ideas, develop because they love it, and help provide creative solutions to workflow problems.

Requirements

• Experience with C languages such as C++, Objective C and C#
• Lua (Bonus points for Moai experience)
• AS3
• Java
• Experience with various multi-platform building environments such as Unity and Adobe AIR
• Experience developing on mobile platforms such as iOS, Android, WP7.

Responsibilities

• Help to develop the best products possible from concept to completion
• Trouble shooting
• Problem solving
• Research and implementation of new codes/programming languages
• Helping to ensure the timely delivery of projects
