| Job Description | Sales Manager Our client is looking for a driven, energetic individual to own and execute the companys customer acquisition strategy. Based in the San Francisco office, you will be responsible for attracting new players to hit games through a variety of channels and by thinking outside the box. You are driven by a passion for high-quality games, data analysis, and delivering above-target results. Responsibilities: Manage and execute customer acquisition strategy via established and new channels Monitor and optimize performance of multiple channels (incl. cross-promotion) Establish monthly budgets, set targets, and provide daily consolidated reports on performance Devise and execute novel customer acquisition strategies Work with product managers and designers to increase conversion and retention Work with product managers and data analysts to quantify quality of acquired users Work with product managers to maximise and measure cross-promotion within the games portfolio Meet aggressive customer acquisition targets set by executive management Systematically control and reduce CPAs across all titles Requirements: A passion for games and a drive to excel Minimum of 1 year experience in player-acquisition-related role Hands-on experience in running, monitoring and optimizing acquisition channels, both self-service platforms and ad networks Strong data analysis and reporting skills Strong communication skills Bachelors degree in quantitative field desirable Please contact Carrie Eckersley on 0208 944 7777 or carrie@interactiveselection.com if you are interested in this position.
