Job Description	Awesome UK based Studio working on an awe-inspiring and critically acclaimed title need a Development Director go join their development team on a quest to create games played and enjoyed by millions worldwide. This position will enable you to work for a respected UK studio responsible for a number of fantastic titles including a newly appointed , sensational AAA project . The Development Director will be responsible for managing clients, budgets and a team of multiple projects through from initial conception to completion. Projects - Pitching, Scheduling, Monitoring, Setting Milestones, negotiating Management - Weekly management reports, Mentoring staff, Managing quality and budgets for projects Client Relationships - Client Communication from first point and on-going development and maintenance of the relationship. Budget – Defining & managing project budgets , assuring the project is within target profit margin. The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record within a project management capacity on a minimum of two (full priced) shipped titles. Excellent managerial and leadership and negotiation skills are essential as is experience in project scheduling and planning. You will have demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with a large group/ multiple project environment, work well under pressure and effectively develop and manage a high performance team.
