The Brand Manager is responsible for running the planning, management and execution of the marketing for a selection of titles. This includes strategic franchise and brand planning, product positioning, budgeting, periodic business analysis, creating promotional materials, and running the advertising. He or she must be self-motivated and prepared to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They are the key interface between product development and the consumer and vice versa.

Responsibilities:
• Work with the Brand Director to develop and execute the Global Brand Marketing Plan, which includes product positioning, target market identification and analysis, volume forecasting, budgeting, category & competitive analysis, pricing analysis, marketing strategy, creative development and through the line marketing execution
• Develop all consumer marketing materials including PR, advertising, packaging, online, retail and promotional materials in association with the marketing services group and external agency partners
• Manage external agency partners to deliver world class, on strategy campaign materials on budget and on time
• Work with the Brand Director and Studios to define the optimum ROI
• Complete product forecasting, manage P&L models, allocate, manage and track product budgets.
• Champion products and build successful partnerships with upper management, international & strategic marketing, development teams, licensors, and first party contacts.
• Drive the development of key PR assets including screen shots, game footage, visual renders, video materials and b-roll
• Create and manage global asset calendar to meet global marketing and PR milestones, managing timely distribution of these assets to territory teams and 3rd party distributor partners
• Manage the preparation and onsite support for sales meetings, trade shows, press events, and consumer launch events
• Manage the Central marketing budget including asset, packaging, website and advertising production and research budgets
• Derive and execute UK specific marketing programs from the Global Brand Marketing Plan - execute strategies, communications, and launch schedules for specific product launches - to include all packaging, print & on-line advertising, direct & street marketing, sales materials, Public Relations and promotional campaigns targeted at retailers and consumers.

Required Skills / Experience:
• BA Hons degree 2:1 or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in a comparable brand management role (brand management, product management, and marketing) with an entertainment or game company
• Demonstrated success in customer acquisition and optimization plans including best practices, analysis and trends, product positioning, creative and media strategies, PR and promotional activity
• Previous work experience in bringing games to market, including setting and executing digital marketing plans
• Knowledge of the game market and understanding of virtual goods
• Ability to leverage quantitative analytic measures and to improve ROI and marketing best-practices
• Clear understanding of all marketing communications tools across the full marketing mix (including advertising, PR, CRM, retail, promotions & sales)
• Ability to apply critical thinking and analysis to projects / workflow in addition to problems
• Ability to plan and execute product launch strategy
• Understanding of Key European territories and North American market
• Strong analytical, strategic and interpersonal skills is a must
• Strong project management skills
• Results oriented, self-motivated and extremely organized
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
• Experience of working internationally a plus
• Experience of working in a multi-site/ multi-cultural team a bonus
• Passion for video games
