Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment has named Martin Tremblay its new president

Warner Bros Home Entertainment Group president Kevin Tsujihara has announced the appointment of Martin Tremblay as president of Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment.

"Martin is a talented, highly respected executive and has solid relationships across the industry," Tsujihara said.

"In the past year, our interactive strategy has really come together and we're extremely fortunate to have found someone with Martin's impressive track record to now lead WBIE."

Tremblay previously served as president, worldwide studios, for Vivendi Games. Prior to joining Vivendi in 2006, he was president and COO of Ubisoft Montreal.

He will oversee publishing, marketing, sales and distribution, licensing and business development of the Studio's interactive entertainment product starting in July.

Tremblay has an MBA from Sherbrooke University, and a BAA from Laval University, Quebec with a concentration in finance.
