Warner Bros. to distribute new Terminator game

Warner Bros. is to distribute the forthcoming Terminator: Salvation game, based on and set for release the same time as the new movie.

The game is in development at Bionic Commando studio GRIN and Halcyon Games, the company also working on titles based on the works of Philip K Dick.

"Building on the incredibly strong franchise, Terminator Salvation – The Videogame will be a cinematic gaming experience that complements the upcoming film," said John Quinn, executive VP of worldwide operations at Warner Bros.

"Working with Halcyon and Equity Games, we will expand on the Terminator universe on next generation consoles with action packed gameplay and detailed environments."
