Virtual Worlds Expo dated for September 3-4

Virtual Worlds Management has released details of this year's Virtual Worlds Expo, which will be taking place on September 3-4 at the LA Convention Center.

Registration is now open, with an early-bird price of USD 595 available until July 25 and a standard online price of USD 795 thereafter. Onsite registration has been priced at USD 995.

Christopher Sherman, the company's executive director, stated his confidence that the market was continuing to expand.

"We are seeing interest from a wide variety of markets, including financial services, banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals and more," he said. "Of course media and entertainment usage continues at a fierce pace, but corporate use of virtual worlds is now kicking in."
