Vicious Engine 2 to get GDC showing

Vicious Cycle Software is to show off the latest version of its game engine at this year's Game Developers Conference.

The original Vicious Engine has been used in a number of PSP titles including Warner Bros' 300: March to Glory, D3P's Dead Head Fred and Sega's Alien Syndrome, with the second iteration promising further support for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

"As both game and engine developer, Vicious Cycle is committed to making our customers' lives easier in any way we can," commented Eric Peterson, president and CEO of Vicious Cycle Software.

"Whether that means finding new and intuitive ways to change elements within the game, creating tools that are accessible to all members of a software development team — from artists, to designers, to engineers, or going above and beyond to offer obsessive customer support, we're there."
