Limbo lead designer and Unity Technologies VP round out 2010 conference schedule

The lead designer of the award-wining indie game Limbo and the vice president of strategy at Unity Technologies have been announced as the final conference speakers at Nordic Game 2010.

Jeppe Carlsen, lead designer at Danish developer PlayDead Studios, will give a talk explaining the design principles behind forthcoming Xbox Live Arcade game Limbo. The highly anticipated title picked up two awards at the Independent Game Festival 2010.

Unity Technologies' Brett Seyler will host a session entitled "Where Unity is Going (and Why)", focused on the web and mobile spaces. Seyler will also discuss the company's Unity authoring tool, which was recently signed for a three-year deal with Lego.

Other previously confirmed speakers at the conference include Tero Virtala, CEO of Trials HD developer RedLynx and Finnish Rovio, the team behind iPhone hit Angry Birds.

A GamesIndustry.biz preview of the event and an interview with conference director Jacob Riis can be read here.

"We are very happy to announce these final sessions for our programme", said Riis, "They represent two of the most successful Nordic companies right now, and the fact that they’re ready to share their knowledge is a fantastic opportunity for our delegates," he added.

Nordic Game 2010 is due to take place on April 27-30. Further information is available at the official website.
