Ubisoft titles coming to Steam

Valve and Ubisoft have announced an agreement to bring more than 40 of the publishers games to customers in Canada and the US via the Steam distribution platform.

Assassin's Creed is now available for pre-purchase, with games from the Tom Clancy series, Heroes of Might & Magic series, Far Cry and more to be made available in the coming weeks.

"Ubisoft will be delivering the largest library of titles available from any single publisher or developer to Steam," said Jason Holtman, director of business development at Valve.

"The incredible selection of high quality games from Ubisoft expands the range of genres offered to the millions of PC gamers logging on to Steam every day."
