Spill group acquires Onrpg.com

The Spill group, the owner of 30 online game portals, has announced the purchase of Onrpg.com, an online hub for MMOs.

Exact details on the deal were not revealed, but Onrpg.com - a source of information on MMOs - is now part of the Spill group.

"I am very excited about the opportunity to work with Spill group on Onrpg," said Onrpg.com's founder Gabriel Matzner.

"I think that with Spill group's resources and experience we can rapidly expand the site, while continuing to focus on our community and improving the user experience."

GamesIndustry.biz is the world's most read and influential games industry website. But don't just take our word for it!

"GamesIndustry.biz is one of my starting tabs when I boot up... so it's always one of the first sites I see each day. It's good being able to catch up with what's happened in the US overnight, and in the UK before I'm awake first thing, and know that the stories will be accurate and thought out."
