Shoot (clay) pigeons for charity

The organisers of G3 - Games, Guns, Giving - have announced that the second annual charity clay pigeon shoot will be held on May 16.

Last year's event raised GBP 9,446.81 in aid of the Entertainment Software Charity.

Publishers, developers, retailers, sales, marketing, design and production professionals are invited to take part in the event which will be held at the estate of Les Edgar - a veteran of Bullfrog and EA.

"Clay shooting is a great fun and safe way of testing FPS skills for real while catching up with friends, making a lot of noise and breaking things," said G3 organiser Joel Benton.

No prior experience is necessary and all equipment and instruction is provided.

Participants can enter the shoot as individuals or on teams of five members. The trophy for last year's clay pigeon shoot was won by Codemasters.
